Join Our Pole Dance Fitness Community
LM Pole Studio is an amazing, woman-centered pole dance studio. Our clients access well-being, fitness, creativity, community and fun through the art of pole and dance movement! We have grown a thriving dance studio over the past 10 years, as well as relationships with our clients and staff that span the decade. We are a community of movement artists. We welcome people of all genders, shapes, sizes and fitness levels to join us and discover their passion for dance, fitness and pole.
HOW DO I SIGN UP
FOR CLASSES?
STEP 1
Go to our Online Schedule or download the Luscious Maven App. Use these platforms to see our weekly schedule and book your class.
STEP 2
Read the class description for Skill Requirements. Make sure you have the necessary pole experience before you sign up for a class. Level 1 is for those with little or no pole experience. As you gain experience you can join us for Levels 2, 3 and 4!
STEP 3
Read the class description for What to Bring. For most classes you will want to bring a yoga mat, bottle of water, knee pads and stilettos or socks.
STEP 4
On the day of the class, plan to arrive at least 10-15 mins early to find parking. There is plenty of street parking on Weddington St and there are paid parking garages on both sides of the street. All group classes are held in Studio A (unit 113) If you are early you can wait for your class in our reception area in Studio B (unit 114).
STEP 5
Students must be on time for class. Five mins before your class start time, you may enter Studio A . For security, we lock the studio doors 10 mins after the class starts. Once the doors are locked, we do not allow anyone else to enter.

We have it all! Amazing pole instructors, gorgeous studio, 10 poles, mood lighting, great music, costume accessories, cool pole skills and sexy lap dance/chair routines that are sure to please!
Our instructors are trained to work with all skills levels, including those with ZERO pole experience. We welcome guests of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds. All genders are invited to dance with us.
