Pole Dance:
Join us for a liberating, gyrating, exhilarating pole dance experience! Our pole instructors, Heather, Selenia, Shannon, Scarlet, Jen & Veronica are highly trained and talented pole hotties who know how to awaken the sensual dancer in you! In our classes, you will experience our laid back feminine charm, laughter, support and hands on teaching. We encourage you to try new things while embracing each persons individual skill level. You will learn hot pole tricks, get an amazing workout, develop strength & flexibility while you rock out to sexy dance tunes. You will walk away, better yet, strut away, feeling sexy, fit & empowered!
Burlesque:
Our burlesque instructor, Alikat Rose is a founder, choreographer and dancer in LAs hottest rock n roll burlesque troupe, The Hells Belles. This lady is not only fierce, sassy and sexy, but she is also trained in jazz, ballet, bellydance & fire dancing. She will rock your fitness routine with chair dancing, floor choreography, strip teases and more! Get fit and feel sexy ... and maybe try a few moves on the stage!

Heather West Pole & Exotic Dance Freestyle
Heather West is the owner of Luscious Maven. She is a professional pole dance instructor and performance dancer. She has a BA in psychology from UCLA, with a specialization in education. In addition, she has over ten years of teaching experience in a variety of fields from movement and athletic coaching to education for children with special needs. Heather is also trained as a yoga and fire dance instructor. She weaves together all of her teaching and performance experience to create inspiring classes for women.
